If you signed up for Placid via placid.app, your account will be tied to your e-mail address and you need it to log in. If you're unsure with which e-mail address you signed up, please write us a mail and we can try to help you regain access.
Please provide us with information about when you signed up and what templates you have added to your account.
If you have a PRO subscription, please add any payment information you have:
- An Invoice, if you have one.
- Credit Card Details: Do NOT send your whole credit card information, but the brand of your card and the last 4 digits.
- Date of the last payment.
